The time it take to receive your product is terrible. Product has to come from China and not here in the USA. It will be hard to place another order with this company unless the shipping improves. I still have not received my order from 07/08/2026.

I have been a customer for a few years and updated the watering system for our 3 pups. But you're shipping prices for replacement filters are exorbitant considering how long it takes to ship and receive the items. And when I tried to subscribe, the store checkout payment page says that it's not able to take payments. So why is that even an option on the shopping order page? I like the watering system having 3 pets, I'm not happy about your prices and shipping.

Great communication with company quick concise accurate response to questions. Fountain is easiest I’ve ever had to set up operate and keep clean. Filter is easy to install. Wonderful value for the money. Both cats accepted the fountain immediately.
