We recently moved from the US to Madrid, Spain. Our big concern was how to relocate our cat in the best way to lessen her stress. We talked to a few pet relocation companies and Pet Relocation International gave us the most confidence. We were not disappointed. Elaine, Martin, and William were all so helpful and allayed any concerns we had. William was Rosie’s “chaperone” for the move. He sent us photos along the way so we could see how she was doing and by the time they arrived at our apartment in Madrid William had won Rosie’s heart. ❤️ We are even considering having William come “sit” for Rosie on our occasional trips back to the states. P.S. I have seen some concerns that PRI is not prompt in responding to questions. Martin made it clear that once Rosie was in their queue for chaperone service they would not forget us. We understood that they are in the air much of the time so to not always expect an immediate response. As our date drew nearer we were responded to very quickly and given all the information needed to make it a smooth move.

End-to-end Elaine and her staff were excellent and very responsive to all of our questions. The instructions on how to care for the cats so that they would arrive happy and healthy were spot on. There was a last minute change when KLM decided not to accept live animals, but Elaine was able to shift us to Lufthansa with no hiccups. Both pets arrived at our door as and when expected, and while they didn't seem thrilled with the experience, they settled into their new home within a few hours. Ultimately, I think our 1.5 hour car ride and hotel stay at Washington Dulles was more traumatic for them than the day and a half of travel to Salamanca. If we ever have to mover our kitties again, I'll be sure to give Elaine a call.

Elaine was a pleasure to work with! She and Martin helped us on the import side, moving our dog and cat from Greece to the US. Our dog is an amstaff so you realize how tricky that was paper wise. They are both very responsive no matter the time and with their connections to other agents they really helped me keep track of the animal trip progress! Would totally recommend!

I've used Elaine TWICE now. Once to move to France and the other time to move back from France to the U.S. Both times she communicated with me throughout the whole process and spent time explaining everything to me on the phone when I was nervous. I transported my 3 year old snub nosed dog and my 14 yr old lab. She's very careful about which airlines she uses and both times I had great experiences. The dogs were not stressed and came out of the crates ready to go and unphased. I'm so grateful to have found her and 100% recommend using her. She really is an expert and you can trust her with your dogs!

Elaine & Martin were indispensable in getting my cat from the US to Scotland. From dealing with an inexperienced vet to navigating a last minute embargo, I would have given up without them. I was nervous enough about the move, so their assistance allowed me to not worry so much about my baby. She's acclimating faster than I am! Well worth hiring PRI.

I am so grateful we used PRI! Martin was wonderful helping us get everything organized for the trip. From ordering the crates, to walking me through what the process would be on the day of travel, he was patient and clear. When the file then headed to Elaine's desk during the 2 weeks prior to the flight, she was a total pro. She kept us calm and helped organize a slightly confused veterinarians office. She was always available and never let our file out of her sights. The agent at Boston received the dogs and our daughter left them happy in their crates. We were notified immediately when the agent in London received them off the plane and when they cleared their customs paperwork. We opted for delivery and they arrived exactly when we were told they would, happy, clean, and clearly well cared for. We are so grateful to have found PRI and to have had guidance through what could have been really stressful process.

Exceptional service!!! We needed to move our French bulldog from Italy to the US and it was a nightmare to try to find a flight or company to take her. Being flat nosed, she couldn’t ride under the plane, but being 25lbs, she couldn’t fly above! We were starting to panic, when we found Martin. He made the process seamless and he was incredibly helpful and communicative every step of the way. We also ran into the problem of moving in July which most flights wouldn’t take a dog during those months due to heat, but Martin found a way! I don’t think we would have been able to relocate our sweet baby Miso if we hadn’t found pet relocation. Very appreciative of this service and I HIGHLY recommend them.

PRI was exceptional during our move planning. Their active communication was key to keep us sane during our intercontinental move. Our dog is very shy and does not trust different people - and throughout her transit I could see all professionals understood how to handle her stress. I'm absolutely thankful to PRI!
