Hi Gina, We’re sorry to hear your pup is being fussy with the allergy vitamins! We know how challenging it can be when you’re trying to provide support for their skin and immune system, but they aren't interested in the taste. Since she is being a bit selective, a quick trick we often recommend is crumbling the vitamins over her regular food or hiding them in a small amount of peanut butter or plain yogurt to make them more enticing. Most dogs find them much easier to take once they are mixed with a familiar flavor they already love. Best, PetScy Support

Hello Copie, I’m sorry to hear that our website promotions and emails regarding tracking and products made you feel uneasy about our product. After reviewing our system, it shows that you signed up for our newsletter. As a result, you received two marketing emails, and once your order was placed, you also received an order confirmation along with tracking updates so you can stay informed on your order status. I am looking into this further, as I do see that three tracking emails were sent within two days, which may be excessive. Aside from that, everything appears to be standard for an e-commerce experience. Regarding the website, customers may see a post-purchase offer at a highly discounted rate. This is completely optional—you can decline the offer, accept it, or simply close the page, as your original order has already been completed. “Strong-arming” would imply that a customer is forced into an order; however, our setup presents a pop-up with accept or decline options, and customers can also exit the page at any time after completing their initial purchase. That said, I will review this again on our end. Please let me know if I’m missing anything, as I’m always looking to improve the experience. UPDATE: Hey Jill, thank you for allowing us the chance to fix. I sent you a private email with a free product offer, check your spam if you dont see it. Hey Jill, I am sorry to hear that the seal was torn. I advised my team to send out a fresh bottle today. Also, sometimes dogs (even my own) gets bored with the chews in which i result in breaking up in her food. Other times, she will take it 10 minutes later after tossing to her. Hey Lynn, I asked our customer support team to reach out to you by email to get this resolved. If you emailed PetScy to cancel before the order was processed, we will confirm and issue a 100% refund, and you can keep the product. We would never try to force an unwanted product on a customer. If the email was sent after the order was processed, we unfortunately can’t cancel the order at that point, as our independent fulfillment center ships orders out immediately to ensure fast delivery. In that case, we will provide you with a return label and you can keep the treats as a gift for having to deal with returning.
