Hey Rich, Can you provide a little more information about what happened? I reviewed the order, and it shows that Dental Powder was the original product purchased. However, after checkout, some customers are presented with a discounted post-purchase offer. In this case, Itch & Allergy Plus was offered. To complete that additional purchase, the customer must first click the "Pay Now" button and then click a second confirmation button. We specifically added that extra step to help prevent accidental purchases. I also see that the additional order has already been refunded. That being said, I'd like to better understand what happened from your perspective. Our system indicates that the additional product went through both confirmation steps, but I understand that may not reflect what you intended. I'm simply trying to understand where the confusion may have occurred. We put the additional confirmation step in place specifically to avoid situations like this, so if there's something we're missing or a way to improve the experience, I'd genuinely like to know. Hello Tracy, Sorry for the confusion here! I wanted to explain what happened and the steps I've taken to make things right. Once an order is processed, it's already been pulled and sent for fulfillment. Since you skipped your next order after yesterday's order had already processed, the system skipped your next scheduled order on November 20th, rather than the order that had just been processed. Unfortunately, Shopify has some limitations when it comes to skipping orders that have already been processed. To make things right, I went ahead and issued a full refund for yesterday's order. You'll see two separate refunds totaling $26.99 back to your original payment method. I've also made a couple of adjustments to your subscription: Next Order Date: December 20th, since November 20th was skipped. Shipping Frequency: Changed from every month to every two months. If you'd prefer to receive your orders monthly again, or even extend them to every three months, just let me know. I can also move your December 20th billing date to whatever date works best for you. Hi Joan, We are deeply saddened by the loss of your pet, and our thoughts remain with you during this difficult time. We do want to gently clarify the context surrounding your review. According to our tracking and support records, your order was delivered on September 18th, and you called us the next day, on September 19th, to cancel your subscription specifically because you said your dog had passed away. Because our natural supplements require consistent daily administration, considering it a supplement, to build up in a pet's system, a single day did not allow time for the product to take effect. Given that the supplement was never actually used or was used only once, leaving a review stating that it "doesn't work" is unreasonable and misleading to other customers. We would greatly appreciate it if you would kindly update or remove your review in light of these facts. Hi Carol, Can you confirm how your dog got worst? All the active ingredients in the chew are tested and safe. Why we have thousands of happy customers. If your dog got worse the only explanation is that they're possibly allergic to Pork which is the main flavoring ingredient. Hey Carol, Per our terms and conditions, an order needs to be canceled before it is processed, as orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment center for shipping. In this case, you did cancel, but unfortunately it was after the order had already been processed. Not a big deal—we can still get this taken care of for you. As for the reviews, they are absolutely real. It sounds like your dog may just have a more particular palate! Here’s what I propose: Let me send you our updated formula, which we specifically improved to taste better. Once you receive it, just reply and let me know whether or not she likes the taste. Once I hear back from you ill refund the order that was not cancelled on time. If your dog doesnt like the taste, you can send back the open bottle and ill refund that as well? Sounds fair, right?
