Shipping is great..my dog has been on the product for three weeks and has gotten worse. Not sure why. I'm going to hive him two more, maybe 3 weeks more to see if this will help him.

Sometimes, during high-allergy seasons, environmental triggers can flare up faster than the supplements can build up support. That being said, we recommend what you have planned, as it would understandably take time to show results, given that the product is a supplement, and other factors that are causing the allergies. The website is user friendly but I do not like the fact that I am forced to subscribe to the product in order to get it. I want to try in first to see if it works. I was able to delay the next shipment and hope I can cancel it if it does not work for my dog.

Hey Nancy, Thank you for the feedback. Every product page you order from has two options. You are shown the subscription option first, which comes with a nice discount. However, if you just want to try the product, there is a toggle button that switches it to a one-time purchase price. But here is the kicker — you actually did the right thing because you received the lower price. If you do not want the next order or would like to push the order back, you can go to PETSCY.com, click the Help link at the top, and log into your customer portal (it only requires your phone number). From there you can adjust or cancel your next order. You can also email [email protected] , or simply reply to this email and I will edit the order however you would like. Appreciate your business. It’s really hard to say as it has only been 2 1/2 weeks. She moves better and I think there is less itching ( nights are much better). The spots are healing. I am giving a smaller dose of Dasuquin and her antihistamine and treating hot spots with coconut oil along with it. She goes crazy for a bit when she wakes up— try to distract her with food. I am hoping for the best.

My rescued Pitty has had the same symptoms. We recently upgraded our Itch & Allergy Formula to include colostrum and more quercetin, which acts as a natural antihistamine. If you received the previous formula, you’ll automatically receive the upgraded version with your next order, and it’s an even better formula. One thing I also added to my dog’s routine is our new Fish Oil. I honestly didn’t think she would eat her food with the fish oil on it, but she actually loves it more. Fish oil is a very effective ingredient, but it’s difficult to include the optimal amount in a chew alone. I don’t want this to come across as a sales pitch, but I do recommend considering the Fish Oil, as it can make a significant difference. You may even find that they work amazingly well together, or that the Fish Oil alone is enough for maintenance. I used to give my dog four Itch & Allergy+ chews per day. Now I give her two chews plus Fish Oil. I do use a generous amount of fish oil on her food and go through about 2–3 bottles per month, but for me, it’s well worth it. Thanks, Chris Founder

At first i had a misunderstanding about getting a discount code that was rejected at checkout. It turns out that those codes are only for one- time purchases, whereas the subscription plans do not require the code to get a deeper discount. My cavalier spaniel- poodle mix took the fist chew, but turned his nose away from the second. Will buy a can of soft cheese to cover the chews, and try again.

Hey Timothy, My dog actually acts the same way. She will eat the chew with no issues and other times Ill leave on the ground and she will eat 15-20 minutes later. I give my pup table scraps so I think its her way of showing displeasure that it wasn't the meal I was eating. Try breaking up in their food as well. Thanks Chris Founder

Website was a bit confusing. First it showed a new product, one that actually interested me - the new itch and allergy supplement. When I went to my subscriptions I removed the old itch product. I was asked if I wanted to replace it with something else, which I did, but the new product did not show up in the options. So I had to order it separately, so I will not be getting all products I order at the same time, at least initially. Maybe I can synchronize them eventually.
