We finally got the back seat extender swapped out. The process was easy to do once I heard back from the company. I like the 3 solid panels instead for the 6 smaller ones we had before, however we have had it in less than a month & it has already started pulling apart at the seam where my dogs get in and out of the truck. I bought a set of steps for them which we use regularly but the little bit my pitbull has gotten in & out of the vehicle has caused the seam to pull apart.

I did not receive the entire order at the same time as it said on the tracking .

Very complicated to put together and takes over a month to receive.

Love the seat cover! Dog loves the seat cover! I'll be adding a second zipper on the center front mesh for better airflow in the summer. The included seatbelts were awful quality. Very thin metal I could bend with my fingers, and a clip that would likely break on a sudden stop with my 40lb dog. Tossed them since I didnt need them anyway. Worst communication! I started a dispute with my credit card after no response to an inquiry of radio silence, and seeing so many reviews about the lack of communication, no product recieved, etc. Two days later (coincidence?) suddenly I had a shipping label. (I canceled my dispute.) Once that was created the rest of the process went as I'd expect. Box came beat to heck, but nothing missing. If there is actually new ownership/management/employees, there's a lot of room left for improvement on communication. Ordered 7/4, shipping label finally created 7/24. Received 8/4.

Build quality was good fit not so much. Reached out and asked about what would fit my 2022 Ram 1500 quad cab? The K9 Cruiser was recommended as a perfect fit. The K9 Cruiser did not fit! I had to alter it as in cut an inch and a half off the ends of each of the floorboards and notch the center board at one corner to make it fit. Shipping seemed to longer than expected.

Like the product. Shipping was terrible and after several tries to contact them about my order ,finally got a response. It took over a month to get to me from Florida to Minnesota! ??

Do not get this item if you have 2nd row bucket seats the middle support is not strong enough to hold a large dogs. But I would say I emailed them and they sent me a.replacement. make sure you have some support for the middle section. Otherwise it is pretty good product.

The. Hard bottom dog seat is good. Comfortable for my 70 lb dog. It is not perfect, but it is good. The seatbelt harness is not strong enough, and in an accident the weight of my dog would easily break the connection. Ido not recommend using the. Seatbelt safety harness provided. It is sub standard.
