I have ordered two tags and they are wonderful. The first one was a red heart and I was able to fit 3 lines on each side and was able fit everything perfectly. The second tag is the bone in the stainless steel and love that one as well. They came quickly, and accurately just as I ordered. I will definitely use again and would recommend, you can't go wrong its a great product.

Great company to order pet id tags from and very quick delivery too. When a mistake was found on one tag, they immediately sent out a corrected one. This is great customer service! The tags hold up well, with few scratches after wearing on collar. I will only go here for my tags.

I have ordered from Pettags for years. The quality of their tags are excellent and are much less expensive than you find in retail stores. The tags arrive quickly and are very durable! I recently received tags for our new Corgi puppy Tommy who was born deaf. The tag had an incorrect phone number which was MY mistake. I called customer service to reorder new tags and they told me no worries they would make the correction and send me new tags at NO CHARGE! The young lady I spoke to was awesome! Thank you for making my day! Lynn P.
