Very bad costumer support
Very bad costumer support, I canceled order, but they charge it, I asked so many times about that. But they ignoring two weeks.
Reply from Pet Zone Tropical FishSep 13, 2019
Na, thanks for your review. There are typically issues with the order if it isn't fulfilled right away and the team does try to reach out both via phone and email. If we cannot successfully reach a someone via phone, we typically wait for a response (we leave voicemails and/or wait for a phone call back or email reply). We definitely would not intentionally keep people waiting and keep their money as this business is our livelihood and we are passionate just as you and other hobbyists for the love of aquatics. Thanks again and we apologize for the mixup.

Quality Fish and Excellent Service
The 3 Endlis I ordered arrived healthy and in excellent shape in one day. Their customer service is excellent. Although this company does not normally ship on Mondays, the owner made a special trip to their other store just to accommodate me and get my order to me as fast as possible.
