they dont show all the registration fees upfront before charging you for the plan. They then will refuse to refund you claiming they did. that tells you all you need to know about the customer service provided.

Stay AWAY! This service has proven exceptionally detrimental to our business operations. The platform advertises essential business features but consistently fails to deliver on fundamental functionalities, offering zero assistance when critical issues arise. First, despite heavily advertising their text messaging capabilities, they provide no tangible support for 10DLC registration. Instead of guiding users through the required compliance processes, support requests nonsensical information, making it impossible to properly utilize the SMS features we are paying for. Secondly, the core functionality of the service, making and receiving calls, is severely broken. Calls frequently fail to connect at all, and the ringing will drop completely at random. On the rare occasion a call does connect (perhaps 1 in 10 attempts), there is a massive latency of up to 20 seconds before the audio actually links to the other party. By the time the line is live, the recipient has usually hung up due to the dead air. Most frustratingly, customer support is entirely non-existent. I reached out via email in July and sent a follow-up in August, receiving zero response to either message. Attempts to contact them through their live chat were similarly ignored. For any business that needs to maintain basic communication to operate, this platform is a massive roadblock. Based on my experience, the service is borderline deceptive. I strongly recommend that other professionals stay far away from this company and seek out a reliable VoIP provider.

Phone2 iOS a scam. After one year they charged me for another year. When I originally signed up with them, I knew not to get on a revolving subscription. I was told it would only be this one time payment for 1 years of service. Not even a notice of this renewal . Wonder why there was zero notice of recharging my credit card $48.00. My credit card company will go after my money
