The company is Picaboo. The reason for my five star rating is due to their unbelievable customer service. And a special thanks to Diana Rose Gonzales for her never ending exhausting search to find my books lost in transit. Its a long story. Here is the short version. Imagine ordering a photo book you created with Picaboo and the shipping company ( Purolator ) losing it not Once but Twice . So you have PAID for the book and the shipping and TWICE : no book. This is the sequence of events that gives Picaboo and Diana 5 stars. I chose expediated delivery when I ordered my book and it got shipped via Purolator. Three months down the line the tracking information from Purolator still said IN TRANSIT. I contacted them by phone and they said to contact Picaboo since Picaboo was the customer not me. I contacted Picaboo and the rep was Diana Gonzales. I gave her the tracking number and she said : Ok another one will be printed today and sent to you at no charge. Wow but wait .. Three weeks later Diana emailed ME and said : Purolator has lost the second book.. sure enough new tracking number from Purolator said "IN TRANSIT" Diana said Unbelievable that this has happened AGAIN. I am printing your third copy now and will again keep an eye on it and get it to you. I received it five days later . I ordered the original book and Purolator lost it in May. With the help of PICABOO I received a copy in October. Diana emailed me to make sure I received it and said anytime you need assistance contact me. So I highly recommend Picaboo not only for the incredible product that they produce but for the people like Diana Gonzales that they choose to represent their company.

I’ve been using Picaboo for many years. Every year I make calendars to give family. This year, I noticed features I’d never noticed before - they may have been there but I’d never noticed them. One feature was, as I logged on to do my ‘seven’ calendars, I noticed the seven calendars were already setup and all I had to do was plug in the birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and pictures for each calendar. The other great feature was I had the option of creating a cover page and unique picture for each month only once. I was then able to import it to each calendar. I’m not sure if this feature was available all along but it sure is a GREAT feature. Thanks Picaboo for making my yearly calendars so easy to put together. My family and I LOVE them.

Back in 2012 I prepared a photo book using Picaboo of the pages of my father-in-law's journal he kept during WWII. He was an officer in an artillery battalion that landed after D-Day and went through to the end of the war. Our family (6) visited Normandy last year and somehow the copy we had got lost. I went to my list of projects in Picaboo and found the journal was no longer available. I reached out to Picaboo customer service to see if a copy was still available. They checked in their archives, found the journal and were able to restore it to my projects. They were wonderful and 14 years later I am able to print two copies for the family. To add frosting to this very delicious cake they were able to apply discounts to my order even after I had placed the order. I cannot sing their praises too highly. This is a very warm and responsive company and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Run!!!! Don’t even start the project! Picaboo was great at one time and was there for you with Tech support but now it’s AI and emails that get answered after 2 days without the answer and you have to start all over with a new email. Try to use the on line chat and it asks you to pick from prompts but my tech issue isn’t one of them so no help there. Hard to place pics in the templet, very frustrating, no help, not worth it!

First off, I'm sorry I can only give this review 5 stars cause would easily rate it a 10. I just completed my first book with Picaboo and was honoured to have one of their personnel guide me along the way since the program was new to me. After I placed my order this person reviewed my book, sent me proofs and offered to help when she found a minor error. While this was my first book with Picaboo, it will not be my last.

I had an excellent experience with Picaboo customer service, especially with Diana Gonzales. She was quick to communicate and responded to every email I sent. I felt heard with every question I asked, and her communication was always respectful, thorough, and helpful. Throughout the entire process of working on the product, all of my questions were answered clearly and in a timely manner. Diana made the process feel easy and reassuring, and I really appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service I received from Diana!

The service rep I worked with, Janina, was very helpful. She answered my email right away, solved the problem, verified the problem was solved and then helped me again! I was happy to order five photo books, largely due to her great help.

Although there was an issue with finalizing the purchase of my project, it was resolved. Customer service did the correct resolution by re-doing the project. I am currently waiting for the project to be completed and sent.
