Picaboo made it easy to create a photo book with photos taken during the year. Tip: Wait to order your book until they provide a discount code.

Exceptional Quality
I recently made a photo book and was very pleased with the ease of creating my book. The quality of the book is exceptional, bright, sharp pictures on heavyweight paper with a quality feel to the layflat binding.

Picaboo is quality
I've been creating photo books with Picaboo since 2007 because of the high quality of their printing and the helpfulness of their customer service. Recently I ordered copies of three of my creations, one of which was from 2007. Being that old, it had a problem working with their newest software and arrived with an error. But as soon as I notified their customer service dept., unlike other "customer service" people, who play the "blame the customer" game, they accepted responsibility immediately and got to work fixing it. The corrected copy arrived yesterday and was perfect. Colors were bright, clean and accurate, and the text was solid and sharp. That's the quality that has kept me coming back to Picaboo for all these years.

Thank you so much for sharing this. It means a lot to hear that you have been creating with Picaboo since 2007, and we truly appreciate your long-time trust in our quality and our team. Thank you as well for giving us the chance to fix the issue with your older project. We are glad you reached out and even happier that the corrected copy arrived looking exactly the way it should. Bright colors, clean prints, and sharp text are what we aim for every time. We are grateful you continue to come back to Picaboo after all these years. —Tori & The Picaboo Team

Support team is wonderful.
I have been making photo books with Picaboo over 15 years. I absolutely love this company. When I first started, I had several questions. Picaboo support team was always there. One thing I would like to see is an improvement in spell check. Maybe highlight misspelled words and incorrect word usage. Similar to what AI is doing with the word program.

Thank you, Val! 15 years with us is something we appreciate so much. It is wonderful to hear how much you have enjoyed creating your books and that our support team was there for you when you were first getting started. Thank you as well for the thoughtful suggestion about improving spell check. Feedback like this is incredibly helpful, and we are always looking for ways to make the creation process even smoother. We are grateful for your loyalty and happy you continue to create with Picaboo. —Tori & The Picaboo Team

What I really like is being able to…
What I really like is being able to write in the squares and put a picture in such as a birthday plus their photo. Only issue is that the dark grey section that contains the name etc in white at times blocks part of the photo. I really like the outline of the squares.

Thank you, Edith! We are so glad you enjoy adding photos and notes together in the squares. It is one of our favorite features too. Thank you for mentioning the dark grey section occasionally blocking part of the photo. Feedback like this helps us continue improving the design experience. We are happy to hear you love the outlined squares as well. —Tori & The Picaboo Team
