Thank you so much for your honest feedback, and we’re truly sorry that the quality of this recent batch did not meet your expectations. We also really appreciate your generous 4-star rating, which is more than we deserved in this case. Since you had a better experience with us before, we understand how disappointing it must feel when a new order does not match the same standard. Our customer support team will follow up with you directly, review your recent photocard order, and do our best to make this right. We will also use your feedback to improve our quality check process for future custom photocard orders.

Hello Arya, First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the mix-up with your “Bias Days” order. We understand the disappointment of specifically ordering on Taehyung’s day and receiving a Jin photocard instead—this was an error on our end, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration it caused. We’ve immediately reported this issue to our internal team for a full check. In situations like this, with a high volume of promotional orders, oversights can occasionally happen during the sorting or matching process. We are already taking steps to strengthen our verification steps between orders and their corresponding promo packs to prevent this from happening again in the future. We’ll have a member of our support team reach out to you as soon as possible using the contact details on your order. They’ll go over the details with you and make sure this is properly taken care of. Finally, we sincerely thank you for trusting us with your first order, and especially for your kind words about our product quality and the easy ordering process. Your feedback is invaluable—it helps us identify and improve weak points in our workflow. We truly appreciate your understanding and your continued support, and we are committed to making sure your future orders meet your expectations perfectly. Once again, our apologies. Wishing you all the best in your fan journey, and we’ll be in touch soon.

Hi Minakkkkiii, Thank you very much for your feedback and for pointing this out. We sincerely apologize for the issue with the QR codes on the back of the photocards. This was an oversight on our side, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your feedback is very important to us. We will review this case carefully and work on improving our process to avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you again for your support and for helping us improve.

Erica Arthur, hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review, and especially for your love and recognition of the front of the cards! We sincerely apologize for the error on the back of the cards. We have received the issue you pointed out about "all cards having the same back and only showing one member's name." This occurred due to an oversight in the verification step of our production process, which failed to meet your request for customizing different backs for different members. This is entirely our responsibility to improve. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We have documented this case and are currently conducting an internal review of the corresponding production and quality control processes to prevent such errors from happening again. Although you kindly referred to it as a "slight mistake," it did affect your complete customization experience. We have already contacted you via email, hoping to resolve this matter properly for you. Thank you again for your understanding and support! Wishing you all the best.
