Picture Salon helped me get great photos on a canvas frame. They even called when one of the dimensions I had chosen wasn’t going to work very well for the photo and we got it worked out.

I ordered greeting cards and was unaware I was supposed to verify them as good to print. I did not hear anything and had to check to find out. If possible, it would be nice to get an email reminder if has been a few days without my response. When I went in to find out, the person who works the front was very helpful. She is always so calm and handles situations with respect and kindness while never getting rattled. Once I okayed them, my cards and following order were filled by the next day. Picture Salon has always done well with customer service and the quality of printing, including non-archival cards, is outstanding. I will continue to use Picture Salon as my primary printer for my work. Thank you so much for your concern about quality and taking care of customer needs.
