Picture SalonReviews of picturesalon.com

We wanted some digital pictures enlarged and printed to be framed for our kitchen. We already had the frames. I think the woman's name was Choi was very helpful in capturing what we wanted from the pictures and gave us some very helpful suggestions. The prices were very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them for any picture and design needs you have.

This is my first experience having prints of my artwork produced and the team at Picture Salon has already made an incredible first impression!! From the care & quality with sending samples, to the follow-up and sending of proofs, everything has been a top-notch experience! Very excited to continue working with this professional and detail-oriented company!

The art of producing a good print lies in getting the technical calibrations just right. The folks at Picture Salon do just that. Using fine art papers and pigment inks they have produced beautiful prints from my digital images. In addition they take great care in packaging so my prints arrive in perfect condition.

The print ordered was really excellent quality, and printed in line with my specifications. It was delivered quickly to the UK with thought about how to ensure it remained flat and undamaged.

Quality prints as well as fast production and delivery:

Wonderful products. Madison doesn’t have many Gicleè printers or digital capture shops and Picture Salon has the best reproduction capabilities by far. Cho is helpful and concise. Thank you for being reliable!

I am missing one of the backer boards I ordered. I double checked what I received against what I ordered, and I am definitely missing one of the 16x20 ones I ordered. Also, I found it to be an unpleasant surprise that many of the 16x20 sized backer boards had markings on them. At least half to a third of them had barcodes and logos printed on them. I felt it was unprofessional. What I will say is that it was packaged beautifully.
