have had my pillow for two years and would not go anywhere without it.
Best pillow I have ever owned and I have tried many different materials and shapes they the years. Helps with alignment, it's soft and comfortable and I would not sleep without it if I had any choice.

I love the pillow
I love the pillow, but one side of it tore off only after a couple of months. I have no little kids .. It just broke. I wish it were sturdier for the money I paid.

We have a 2 year warranty program against any changes in loss of resiliency and shape and will replace the pillow for you if it falls within the warranty stated in section 5 of our Q & A's. This is a very unusual complaint but we certainly want to address the issue immediately with you and discuss. Please contact our customer service asap: Here's what our warranty says: "Hall Innovations warrants its pillows against any loss of resiliency or shape for a period of two (2) years. Any evidence of product abuse, steam or dry cleaning of the foam, tampering, cutting or reshaping, or neglect of any kind other than typical home sleeping usage will void the warranty." After one year
After one year this pillow completely disintegrated on the inside I removed the cover for washing just to notice that there was approximately 25% of the foam was completely deteriorated it was tossed into the trash. I would think twice for purchasing a $200 pillow that last maybe one year

Hi John, we are so sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with your PILLO1. I've never heard of another pillow disintegrating as you explained but I certainly wish that you could have read our warranty in the Q&A section 5. We would've replace the pillow happily and/or would've given you a full refund with the conditions set forth in the manufacturers warranty assuming the conditions were followed. The warranty covers any alteration in shape whatsoever for a period of 2 years with the assumption that the pillow has not been mistreated, etc. Please read the full warranty in our Q&A section for further details. Again I'm so sorry that you did not have a positive experience with your pillow. Thank you for your review.

My second personal Pillo
I love my Pillo. No longer have the neck pain and headaches. My only hesitation in giving a five is that my Pillo seems to start loosing pieces after about a year. And no, I don't put them in the washing machine. I wash only the cover. I love my Pillo, they are expensive as pillows go, but very worth every penny.

Hi Vaunda, Thank you for the review. Love to hear that you no longer have neck pain and headaches!!! In regards to your durability question, PILLO1's usually last easily between 2 and 3 years so I am a little perplexed why yours is not holding up. Some initial thoughts: Are you taking the custom zipped cover off every time to wash or are you keeping it on and only washing the outer pillow case that you are using? The Talalay latex is extraordinary in both pressure relief and comfort but the material if handled a lot can be sensitive to oxidation and human touch. Therefore, as noted in our Q & A's , Dr Hall does recommend that you generally leave the custom zippered case on the pillow most of the time and only wash the outer pillow cases that you use. We also sell the outer 100% cotton pillow cases on our website if you would like to look into them. Alternatively, you can use an oversized (usually KING size) outer pillow case which should work just fine. Please let us know if you have any further questions or would like to discuss. I have been diagnosed and treated for cervical spondylosis, basically oesteoarthritis of my cervical spine. I visit my Chiropractor once a month and I feel so much better. I always wanted to find a pillow that helps me sleep better and provide a good support for my neck. I exercise regularly and follow a great stretching routine for my whole body. My chiropractor had the Pillo 1 in his office for patients to try and I gave it a try for 30 days. I really loved it. It does take time to get used to it, but when you do, you feel great. I sleep much better, I have less neck pain and I get great support when I sleep on my back. I have been using it for over a year now and I would not change it for anything else. The foam is very comfortable and keeps me cool when I sleep. I highly recommend this pillow to anybody who has issues like me. Thank you for making such a great product!

Best pillow I've found
I tend to have major neck pain and stiffness every morning and have been on the hunt for years looking at just about every neck support pillow trying to find some relief... then I came across this one! It was definitely more expensive than I wished it was, but happily, it is totally worth it! Waking up every morning pain-free is more than worth the cost.

Truly the best pillow
I purchased this pillow initially in the clearance section of Bed Bath and Beyond. It was kind of strange to look at initially but I would try anything for my neck pain. It was just a miracle pillow. My wife stole it from me and would not give it back. Sure enough my whole family now has one and now my office staff have this pillow. I am a general Internist with no association or bias with this company.

Pleasantly surprised
I have a museum of pillows. I just couldn't find the right pillow. I didn't think this one would be any different, but it was. I have had no neck pains and sleep right through the night. I highly recommend this pillow.
