Absolutely shocking. Box completely battered and open so pieces were missing, the item was broken and they didn't even knock the door just left the box in the front garden in the rain. Also it was 2 days late.....the list goes on and on. Now I'm stuck with the item as the seller won't pay for the return shipping which will cost me more than it's worth.

Item was not delivered on scheduled time, I called back every day for 3 days and just got the runaround. Finally escalated and the item was lost somewhere in their dock. No one knows where it is and no one ever called me back after 4 phone calls. This is the worst delivery company ever experienced. If this place burned to the ground, at least it would be a better excuse for failed for delivery. Better reliability with the pony express

Just as I was about to sit down and write a negative report, the truck showed up The 2 young men who did apologize for being later than they had intended but it was still within the appointments window. And rather then drop it at the curb (street) they rolled the refrigerator under an eaves. Nice experience

I had a good experience with pilot. I order a 65inch vizio tv from Walmart. I must say that I was pleased with the service and the tv arrived earlier than expected and in one piece despite some of the bad reviews I read after ordering the tv. The reviews had me worried while in transit all the way til I open it and inspected every inch of the tv. Once I put the TV together and turned it on my fears were relieved. The tv worked great with no damage and as of June2020 I think pilot has made some changes to make sure customers get there packages on time and in one piece. Thank you for a great service during these hard times I appreciate it

Haha, wow, came here to share my horrible experience, clearly it has already been established that this business is trash, how are they even in business still, I don't know. I was shipping a crate, it was picked up in a van, there was only 8 other things in there and somehow they managed to deliver my crate to a completely different address. Who ever they delivered my product too, opened it, did major damage, and by the time pilot picked it up again to bring to the right address the product was in shambles. It hit my business super hard, I wasn't able to get refunded in anyway for even the terrible shipping job they did. Seriously f*#k this place, I just hope people can find the truth here on trust pilot before making the mistake of shipping with Pilot freight.

Worst Freight company ever, product is in the area bu they rescheduled me without my consent 5 times. Horrible Horrible company and partners with Amazon, very disappointing Amazon would partner with someone like this.

Avoid at all costs, not on time, took 6 days for my delivery to travel 9 hours and then they still missed my delivery date and added two more week days for a total of 8 days. By far the worst shipping company I have dealt with and would not recommend to my worst enemy. Believe the bad reviews they will leave you disappointed.
