On time and just what i ordered

Great Product, we use it every day in our Machine Shop. Thanks for providing me with some extra spouts, it's much appreciated.

Kept me informed regarding the item throughout the process.

Just what I needed at a fair price!

Experience was good with this company, wish I could have got product sooner like another company I use so probably will not order again from Pilots HQ.

Item was delivered quicker than expected and in perfect condition

Received exactly what I was expecting. Quality materials for my checklist!

Perfect! Went out of their way to accompdate tight timeline.
