I ordered a pair of earrings. When I put them on for the first time they broke. I didn't even get to wear them before they were broken. The earring piece was supposed to be brass but I'm wondering what it was really made of considering it broke right away.

Honestly I’m quite annoyed with how many times I’ve been prompted to write a review for your company. Not only is this annoying but I haven’t even received my package yet. How do I know if I’m satisfied with your services if I haven’t even received what I’ve ordered. You guys need to pay attention to when people are getting their packages and ask them once to write a review. By the way why is it take eight days to receive something in this day and age. When I order from Amazon it’s two days out maximum. Do not ask me again for another review or you’ll get another one star. Brooks Edward Robertson

Very, very disappointed. I never receive the product because what seems a carrier mistake but instead of help me they wanted me to pick it up at the carrier even when they knew by the time I was out of the Country. I wanted my Coach bag so much. Definitely I won't recommend this site.

Very bad experience. My package never arrived and customer service keep insisting me to go to pick it up at the carrier even when I went out of the country 2 days after the delivery dateline. Very dissapointed. I really wanted my Coach bag.
