Total absence of dashboard, reports or any sort of communication regarding the status of your campaign's. The first and the last time using this service. PS. After this review the company reached out and provided with a snapshot of an ad campaign they have done. Delivered what was promised.

The service provided by pitch-us made my spotify numbers grow over a long period, and development did not stop after the campaigns target had been reached.

First of all I launched this campaign for testing purpose, campaign started with 2 days of delay and now in the 12th day of campaign I have received about 8k streams (most of them from radio source) and about 2700 saves. There are some raises in the "Radio and Autoplay" and "Artist profile and Catalog" and "Listener's own playlist" section in my Spotify for artists stats . music genre : neo-classical solo piano I'm going to launch another camp (Topaz) with these guys and check the results again .

I am an inde-folk singer songwriter. I purchased the starter package. I paid and then waited a few days to hear anything, was concerned my $$ might be gone since there was no contact other than a canned email. Then I got an email saying my campaign had started. The results are very fast. I had 10 listener's but quickly went to 1500 and hit the 5000 streams very fast. It continued to grow well past the end of the campaign. The song got 16,000 streams and my monthly listeners hit 7100. Other songs not promoted began getting played as well. However today ( feb 25 a month later) my streams and listener's have TANKED!! It has dropped to about 7 listeners and is steadily declining every day. This is odd. On top of that there were almost no playlist adds ( 2 to be exact) and no followers. This is odd too. Saves were high which is good ( or was). Customer service did respond to questions ( Laura) but just the bare minimum not a lot of details when I pressed for more info on the process. They did show me a FB add etc..... Overall not really sure how I feel about this...I believe an artist has to do some promo if you want to have success on the platforms, however I had better longevity doing my own adds and using a service like hypedit but that too has waned. Anyway, seems retention is now the issue!
