Hi Katie, thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the technical hurdles you faced during the upload process and for the frustration of not seeing a proof. More importantly, we regret that the spine of your book was not centered as expected after your consultation with our team. We take these quality issues very seriously. We will be contacting you shortly to discuss the print result and ensure we make this right for you. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this.

Hi, thank you for the 4-star review! We are so happy to hear that your coloring books came out amazing. We appreciate your patience with the upload process; please keep in mind that high-quality print files can be quite heavy, and the larger the file size, the more time our system requires to process and upload them securely. However, we are constantly working to optimize our website speed to make this even smoother for you. We look forward to your next project!

Hi, we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced during the ordering process. We did experience a technical glitch with our uploader at that time, but we are happy to confirm that this has since been resolved. Regarding the print quality, we are concerned to hear about the blurriness. As we haven't received a report on this since your order was delivered, a member of our team will reach out to you via email right away to investigate the files and find a solution for you. We hope to make this right.
