I paid for expedited shipping for our trade show and received the product in 3 days. Quality is incredible, I was questioning myself whether or not this was too good to be true, but it isn't. This experience was so nice. It was really great being able to email real people and not have to slog through a website or FAQs and not be able to speak to someone about the project. We had very specific design needs and the team I worked with was VERY responsive and very helpful and instilled a lot of confidence so that I feel we'll be getting just the right design.
