I just ordered a plant I needed in my landscape design from Plants4home.com because I could not find it in any of our local nurseries. It arrived in perfect condition and was a beautiful specimen. Now it's thriving in my garden. I highly recommend Plants4home.com.

Plants4home delivered a great product well packaged and quickly from Washington to Florida. Thank you. I need a spider plant now :)

These people are dishonest. They sell 1 gallon plants, are 3-4 weeks later than they advertise and the plants inside the gallon pots are actually newbies in a 2.5 inch container, that the roots don't even fill. Don't buy anything from these people. They are liars.

I have ordered hard to find plants from Plants 4 Home two different times and both times the plants arrived in great shape and packed well for shipping. I will definitely order from them again.

I would NOT buy anything from this company. I placed an order recently for some plants that were delayed. The plants arrived yellow and droopy and are going to take a while to recover. While the delay was not entirely on them, I found their lack of willingness to make the situation right disgraceful. They put the entire blame on the shipping carrier. I will never purchase another item from Plants4Home again.

We’re truly sorry this experience felt frustrating — that’s never our goal. We care deeply about helping people grow healthy, thriving plants, and we stand behind our plants and service. For clarity — our team responded quickly and asked multiple times for photos of the plants. This is standard practice and helps us fairly evaluate any issues and offer solutions like replacements or refunds. The customer reported yellowing leaves, which can happen with live plants in transit — another reason photos are so important for us to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, despite several requests, no photos were ever provided before this review was posted — which made it impossible for us to move forward. We’re always ready to make things right, but we do need the information we ask for to help. While shipping delays aren’t always in our control, we never “blame the carrier” — our focus is always on the health of the plants and doing right by our customers. We hope anyone reading this sees that our team works hard, cares about every order, and is here when folks are willing to work with us. —The Plants4Home Team

I ordered several plants from this vendor which I later requested to be cancelled. I sent five emails to date and have not received a response. Nor have I received the plants. I will be contacting my credit card company to stop payment. I would never order from them.

We want to be clear — this customer was fully refunded and we did not keep their money. We stand by our plants, our service, and our business practices. Since then, we’ve made improvements to ensure fast, reliable communication — and customers now often get a response just as quickly by email as they do through our text line, which is listed on every page of our website. At the end of the day, we’re here to make sure our customers get healthy plants and great service. That’s what we’re about — and we’re always working to be even better. —The Plants4Home Team

The company doesn't deliver and doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. Their stated address 20103 NE 133rd St, Woodinville, WA 98077, is an apartment building, according to the Woodinville police department. Sounds like fraud to me

This review is simply not accurate. The customer’s order was shipped within a week — exactly as promised — and we have tracking to confirm it. No part of this order or transaction involved anything remotely close to fraud. We understand the internet can sometimes invite wild accusations, but we run a real, family-owned nursery committed to delivering healthy plants and honest service. We work incredibly hard to get orders out quickly, respond to customers, and make sure plants thrive once they arrive. For anyone reading this: yes, we’re real, and yes, we stand behind everything we sell. Our team is dedicated, responsive, and proud of what we do — and the vast majority of our customers know that firsthand. —The Plants4Home Team

1. I purchased maybe 5+ plants at different time this spring to summer( wisterias and clematis) from plants4home.com. All of them came well packaged and in excellent condition. Since then I order five more plants simply because I trust their quality of plants and packaging and the fact their plants survived even during the prolonged heat wave this year. 2. I did find their email system is bogged down with hundreds of emails, just like most other smaller operations. If you have questions or needing customer service help, your best bet is texting their communication coordinator Andrea at 425-922-8720 for prompt response. I “strongly vouch” for Andrea. She is super responsible, knowledgeable and helpful. She even went out of her way to help me with my purchase. 3. I hope this general review will help you to understand their overall performance.
