I joined the PPAI community a couple months ago and this app is PROVEN to help you become a better bettor.
It doesn’t matter if you are brand new to sports betting or if you have been in the game for years, this App will give you the tools you need to win more and lose less.
HOWEVER, this is not a pick service, nor is this an app that you can just blindly pick something.
Trevis, the CEO, has gone to the extent of providing EXTENSIVE educational videos (for free btw), not only for EVERY. SINGLE. TOOL. the app contains, but also educates you on how to be a better bettor (like his 20/80/20 bankroll management strategy).
My personal recommendation is download the app (you can get free access to the app, unlike competitors that require a subscription upfront), spend a week or two binging the FREE YouTube video tutorials to learn how to use and understand the app; THEN get the week pass to unlock full access to the app. You’ll see very quickly premium is worth it.
By and large, PPAI isn’t just an app. It’s a community of bettors, beginner to advanced, that are all here to help you.
It’s very simple; do the free stuff, follow the guidelines, ASK QUESTIONS, watch your ROI grow.

Absolutely horrible CEO and $20 first week process is skewed
I’m extremely disappointed with this app. I was searching for an app that I could use to provide me with more detailed information for my parlays. I think the rules associated with winning more frequently using this app are well designed. The help center, which is just the CEO in a chat box, isn’t fully responsive. I sent a message about the Discord, and he responded to one of my messages, but when I sent another one, I never received a response for that. I was hoping that the software would provide a little bit more detail than it provided, so ultimately it isn’t a good fit for what I’m looking for. The free first week isn’t really a free first week, it is a week where you pay $20 and then you are immediately charged for a full month (they subtract the $20 and then charge the rest) exactly to the second, 7 days after you signed up for the 1 week. There is not any language around auto signing you up for the full month. Their language reads that “Pay $20 today. Your $20 is automatically credited back to your account when you upgrade. Love it or walk away after 7 days, no questions asked.” I am writing this review on the seventh day and submitted my request to cancel and receive a refund for the additional charge of the monthly membership that I didn’t agree to and the CEO was extremely difficult and unreasonable. I received the alert from my bank, and within minutes look to cancel on the app, which is not possible because you have to send an email that you have to search to find it. By the time I was able to locate it and send the email, it had already been 13 minutes, and the CEO was extremely strict about not offering a refund. I genuinely don’t have any issues with the app or its process, it’s more so that it’s not ideally what I’m looking for. But, for the CEO to handle this like this? Extremely unreasonable and money hungry. Now I have to dispute this additional charge that I didn’t agree to with my bank, the CEO wants to be difficult. Trust and believe if you sign up with this app, you’ll be treated as a number not a real person.

Corey, thanks for the detailed feedback. A few clarifications for anyone reading:
Our refund and cancellation policy is presented at signup and requires checkbox agreement before an account can be created. Our policy is that premium subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase or renewal, and cancellation is handled by a single email to our support address. That address is included in every billing and transactional email we send, in our in-app chat, in Discord, and in the T&C footer on every page, so it isn’t something users have to search for.
The policy is applied consistently to every user without exception.
We do hear the feedback on the trial-to-monthly conversion language, and we’re reviewing that copy to make the day-7 transition more prominent at checkout.
Sorry the product wasn’t the right fit for your betting habits.

BE WARNED! If Zero Stars were possible this would get it!
BE WARNED! I would rate it ZERO stars if I could! I love writing good reviews for companies as I spent my entire career in sales and customer service. I rarely ever write negative reviews, because the majority of companies make it right. Not this one!
First, I’ve never had a company not make it available to cancel a trial subscription in their app. There’s a chat bot that pops up when you click the “help here” button and when you request a refund and to cancel you get a message saying you must explicitly request a human agent. I did that and it says a live human will be with you in usually under 10 minutes. An hour later zero response.
I then emailed requesting to cancel and to request a refund of an automatic $39 charge as soon as I saw it (-) the hour I spent waiting for the live human agent I was told to “explicitly request.” I received a callous reply from CEO Trevis blaming me for not going to a Discord group that “was mentioned in every email and video they had sent me.” First off before I was charged the $39 upgrade charge I received 3 emails from them with no videos and none of them mentioned anything about a discord group. Second, he told me that there are no humans in the “help chat” that specifically says “to explicitly equest a human to cancel and one will be available in under ten minutes.”
This is the type of guy running this app and my guess is it’s just him alone. So his response was not truthful and he contradicted his own app help instructions directly and honestly tried to make me feel stupid. He also claimed there are 23,000 members in his discord and at $59 a month that would mean that he’s making around $1,357,000 a month just off subscriptions. Yet he has this harsh and deceptive policy that he offers zero refunds to people that don’t want to be part of a complicated and very time consuming app that has a huge learning curve. My guess is that he if lied about what was in the emails regarding a discord group, I’m sure he’s also lying about the number of paying subscribers he has, as no one making over a million dollars a month would risk the reputation of their business over refunding a few $39 charges. I will dispute this charge with my credit union and will win, because they have a specific process for misleading and deceptive trial packages. This is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Apparently the instructions on the auto renewal , how to opt out and the no refund policy is somewhere in the sign up for the $20 trial week. I honestly don’t remember seeing it and I looked for it in the app and in any of the emails that were sent and it’s non existent. He had to screenshot the policy that I apparently missed, but couldn’t find it anywhere when I went searching for it. This is highly deceptive and disingenuous as the app has buttons galore to upgrade, but canceling you have to remember a screen that you had to agree to in purchasing a trial week that honestly was cumbersome and not easy to do. How many bits of information are we all bombarded with daily and yet this arrogant guy blames you for not remembering it during a sign up session on an app you’re unfamiliar with in the first place. He should also include it in the app somewhere easy to find and it should be in every email sent regarding the trial week purchase. The only reason you would make it this difficult to cancel and not allow people to cancel in the app is to intentionally deceive people and then make them feel stupid when they question it. I will also be reporting his actions to the BBB and the attorney general of his state because it’s not right how he is operating. He sent only two responses, one to my original cancellation request email and then to a follow up email explaining my experience with the chat bot in his app and then just stopped when I again requested a refund. I even sent helpful ideas on how to make the experience better such as the chat bot directing people to email to request a cancellation and refund instead of it saying you need to request a live agent when according to him that is not where the live agents are. That seems like common sense to me. But a guy who keeps your money and lies so easily and has clearly deceptive processes designed to take peoples money that don’t want his product probably doesn’t care much about common sense. He’s greedy and only cares about money. I would stay far, far, far away from this app and if you do check it out , know that you must email to request a cancellation or you will be charged and you will never see your money again. Hopefully for his sake he has enough people that have many hours to learn his complicated app and to spend more hours going through a discord to make it work for him. People that use apps like this want easy and not complicated. This is anything but that and I can honestly say it’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. So BE WARNED!

Patrick, thank you for the feedback. A few clarifications for anyone reading:
Users agree to our Terms & Conditions when they first create an account, well before any upgrade or charge. Those terms, including our auto-renewal and no-refund policy, are also linked in the footer of every page on playerprops.ai and disclosed again at checkout.
Cancellation is one step: email [email protected]. Our team responds to every cancellation request directly.
I personally replied to your emails the same day you wrote in, which is the correspondence quoted above. Our refund policy is stated plainly in the terms you accepted at signup, and it applies consistently to every member.

PlayerProps.AI does what it says it will do and help you win more bets and lose less often.
My experience with PlayerProps.AI has been overwhelmingly positive. The app doesn't necessarily tell you what to bet, but it helps you identify advantageous lines and players with a good chance to hit the over or under on a particular line being offered by the sportsbooks. The support from the owner and CEO, Trevis, is outstanding. He has a true desire to help people become better bettors and lose less often. The daily videos and Discord community are phenomenal. If you take advantage of everything being offered, ask questions, never stop learning and follow the guidelines, the app can pay for itself.
If I had one complaint about PPAI, it's that there is no direct control over your subscription in the app itself. You have to email support to cancel your subscription.

Untrustworthy picks
What really happens is he gives you -200 plays and it only hits 1/7 times. He had 3 touchdown props this Sunday for example, all 3 of them missed and when I told him about it in support, he just mocked me and said I’m terrible and to try another month and be better. UPDATE: I have photographed proof of saying I’m terrible coming from the OWNER of this organization. Trevis is the name. Their response is just a way to make you feel secure anddump money into their unworthy picks. How can a sports betting company not understand what a -200 odds pick? I wouldn’t go near here off that alone.

Hi, we take feedback seriously, but we need to correct several statements here.
PlayerProps.ai does not provide betting picks, guaranteed plays, or odds recommendations such as “-200 picks.” Our platform is an educational research and analytics tool designed to help users learn how to evaluate markets, not to tell them what to bet.
We also do not tolerate harassment of our support team. At no point was this user mocked or insulted. Our team provided guidance on how to use the tools properly, which is documented in our support logs.
Claims that our reviews, users, or staff are fake are false and unsupported. PlayerProps.ai has a large, verifiable community across multiple public platforms.
We welcome constructive criticism, but misinformation does not reflect how our product or community operates.

Beware of week pass
2nd Update: Trevis, brother, you can pretend your policy is intended to help your customers and is a way to check in on them, but we both know that’s baloney. Only communication I’ve received from you or your team is the policy is the policy. It’s a scummy policy designed to squeeze people who did not intend to upgrade out of more money. So, we have nothing to discuss. Nothing less than acting in good faith and refunding the auto-upgrade subscription fee will change my experience. That’s the only way I would change or take down this review would be for you to change your policy and act in good faith. You’ve made it clear that’s not going to happen, and I accept that. If you really wanted to have a discourse to help me or the situation, you’d contact me because you have my email, rather then pretend like something will happen if I contact you. I’ve contacted you. I’ve spoken to you. You just referred me to your policy. So save your time, keep my money, you obviously need it, and just stop playing. I’ll keep updating my review so long as you keep going on like you’re going to do anything for me or other customers like me. Have a wonderful day.
UPDATED: Nothing can be done, already stated I did not understand the terms properly regardless how they are displayed when making initial purchase. My problem is with the fact that there is nowhere on the app to manage subscription, while there are plenty of options to upgrade. And then to have a policy to not refund the auto-upgrade when it is immediately requested to be cancelled upon invoice. The policy is counting on people not fully reading the terms, so they can squeeze money out of people who weren’t satisfied with the service. It’s not in good faith. And Trevis saying they will do what they can to make it a positive experience makes no sense because I spoke to Trevis already and he informed me of the terms and that the policy was no refunds even if you request to cancel the service as soon as the auto-upgrade kicks in and you are charged. If they really cared about making it a positive experience, they wouldn’t have this policy, and they would follow the golden rule and refund me. Better yet, here’s some friendly advice on how to make better experiences for customers. 1) give them the option to make the cancellation at anytime within the app with a page to manage their subscription. Just like you have may buttons to upgrade. 2) Instead of this shady policy, why not provide an offer to your customers that might entice them to stay, or at least feel valued on the way out, to which they may consider returning or giving you a shot again someday. Most subscription based companies do just this and act in good faith, so they don’t alienate customers and provide a better experience, even for those who weren’t fully satisfied with the service. Anyways, hope this helps any potential consumers and hope the company takes my advise to heart and starts prioritizing customer experience over penny pinching. Cheers!
The projections weren’t accurate enough to justify the price, but what really disappointed me was the billing/cancellation experience. The trial upgrades automatically and the cancellation process isn’t clearly available in the app. Although, you can upgrade at anytime, which combined with there being nowhere to manage your subscription leads you to think it won’t auto upgrade. Their policy is not to refund subscriptions after being charged, even if you do it within minutes of receiving the invoice and being charged. Being instructed to email support to cancel, and being denied a refund right after the charge feels like a policy designed to squeeze people who didn’t intend to renew. I may be negligent of reading the terms and conditions nobody really reads, but this policy is simply not in good faith. Not a good experience.

Hi Ryan, I appreciate you taking the time to update your review and I am sorry that you still feel frustrated.
For clarity, the Week Pass terms are displayed on the screen during account creation and again on the confirmation page before activation. Users must manually agree to these terms in order to begin the trial or the pass. We include this step to avoid confusion and to make sure every user understands how renewals work. This is a transparent process that prevents surprises, which is why many users do not experience the issue described here.
Regarding cancellation, our support team processes all cancellations by email rather than inside the app. This is intentional. It allows us to check in with members in a professional and responsible way, especially if someone may be experiencing early signs of problematic gambling habits. We take responsible play very seriously and we cannot provide proper care or guidance if cancellations happen instantly and anonymously inside an app screen. Many users who reach out receive helpful resources or clarity they did not realize they needed.
I understand that you did not fully read the terms at the time. Our team communicated the policy you agreed to, and I also offered to personally review your experience so we could work toward a solution. That offer still stands. I have always been available to you for any questions about our community or app. You can contact me directly via Discord DM or by emailing [email protected].
We value every customer and we always welcome suggestions, but it is also important for future readers to understand that this situation resulted from a misunderstanding of clearly presented terms rather than an issue with the service itself. We follow the same policies consistently for all users to ensure fairness.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

Great Sports Betting app
All around this company does a good job. Daily Videos. It's not like most apps where it's just projections and that's it. There's rules and a process to follow.

10 stars!
I can count on one hand the number of times I've had a losing day over the past 2 months. Trevis is OP! I won my entire VIP upgrade off of the Free daily shows alone! People always ask, "If they are winning, why would they try and sell a course..." Trevis, is saying, "I'm giving you the same tools I'm using to lose less!" This is the best investment I've ever made!
