Withdrawal successfull but not credit my account

My amount are not credited

My 4000INR withdrawal transaction takes place of 12 September, it shows successful but not credited. Today is October 4 2026, it's not credited yet. I have contacted support multiple times but all I get is same old AI messages saying it's still under processing. I am totally disappointed with their customer service. Worst customer support

Tried to withdraw for 2 days.. couldn't withdraw the amount was not even huge that banks flags the transaction.. they withhold my money as pending and reversed.. and wouldn't deposit the money to the bank.. and let to play and lost all the money.. total money losing system
