I purchased what I thought was the best vacuum on the market,osmo pro vacuum,as advertised on line,cost £149, found the suction very very poor when cleaning carpets,roller brush should be motorised which would improve dirt lift up,manual in box was for a verslife vacuum which is similar to osmo,I haven't a clue how to change haipa filter,am thinking about having a word with trading standards as I think I have been conned,A Clark
