I placed an order and a couple of hours later received an email saying I canceled it. Contacted them they said they made a mistake on the price and that i needed to re order. Price was over $100 more. I ordered two items not 200 items. I really think they should’ve honored the price the mistake was theirs not mine. Since they’re making it seem like the mistake is mine here’s a direct paste of the order. That clearly says inches. The product was described as 2 X 2. I asked if that was two inches or two feet. I was told two feet. 24 inches X 24 inches. That's not what I got and will return what is ever inside the small box

I expected a vertical box with removable top. Instead got box with no front panel. It is unusable. I've ordered three boxes on two different orders and two out of three have been built incorrectly.

I expected my shipment to arrive by Wed or Thurs, but it's coming Friday and i'm praying it actually arrives becaues i need it Sat

1. The material is not even 1/8" thick as I ordered. 2. I placed an order on November 23, I received on December 12. Was told it would take 3-5 days. 3. The price quoted and the priced charged were not the same, I did not say anything about a few dollars more. 4. The quality is a garbage. It's fine I'll will order from some place else to make it work for what I want. For your business, this is how you deal with customers...good luck. There's a karma to that!

The quality is poor- There is adhesive on all the sides and inside the plexi- so it won't come off. Looks really messy and terrible and I had to take it away from my Client's home.

Took a long time; expensive; I had to contact Pleximart after three weeks of not hearing from them to find out the status of my order. I haven't received it yet, but they say it's been shipped.

Ordered a 4x4x4 box Received a 4x4x12 box.
