My first order from PluginFox and I wanted the Garritan CFX Lite. This site was offering the best price and the order process was really smooth. I got the license from PluginFox and the install worked as expected. I'd use PluginFox again. Thank you.

Hi Edwin, we have replied to your email with the license and download info. Please check your spam/promotions folder in case the message has ended up in there. Thanks!

I purchased a plugin bundle about a day ago. It was labeled for instant delivery but I have not received any emails with my downloads/activation codes yet. I have checked my spam folders and have still found nothing. I tried reaching out to support twice but have heard nothing back as of now. Edit: Support got back to me and got things straightened up promptly. The license key worked and I couldn't ask for anything else.

I will never ever buy from Pluginfox again. I needed Sonarworks software so bad to complete some work and my job was on the line but I never received the plugin and I threw $140 down the drain. DON'T BUY FROM PLUGINFOX!! seriously!!!

Hi Idriss, You purchased an education version of Sonarworks which requires manual verification. Our website clearly states multiple times when a product isn't available for instant delivery. Also, we processed your refund within minutes of you requesting it. Thanks, Lawrence PluginFox

I purchased a Melodyne from them and had trouble installing it. I wrote to them more than once for troubleshooting purposes and never received a response.

Never received my free plugin from advetised promotion. I contacted several times afterwards, they never replied after several months. Pathetic, I recommend not to order from them at all, thankfully there are plenty of places you can buy plugins from.

I bought the Garritan CFX Lite but sadly many of the controls in the PIANO and STUDIO tabs didn't work. I tried reinstalling and ensured that the samples were in the correct folders, but still no joy. I contacted Garritan approx three weeks ago but still haven't heard back from them. PluginFox provided a great value product and delivered it to me straight away, but sadly I only have half the functionality of the product.
