I couldn’t have asked for a more personal and engaging experience. Renee guided me through the entire process with warmth, deep knowledge, and incredible patience—helping me gain clarity and ultimately find the perfect diamond. Even in Renee’s absence, the communication remained seamless and attentive. PLUM truly raises the bar. Their integrity, energy, and dedication shine through in everything they do. It’s clear they love their work and handle challenges with grace and professionalism.
