The ease of purchase, and Kristy’s help was great. Beautiful ring. Very satisfied. Better in person than in pictures.

I cannot express enough how impressed and grateful I am for the exceptional work of Plum Diamonds. From the moment I first talked to Kristy (through email), I knew that I was in good hands. They were incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Kristy was incredibly patient with me as I discussed my vision for the perfect engagement ring and band. They listened carefully and asked insightful questions to help guide me toward a design that truly reflected my style and preferences. I ordered the Find Your Diamond Kit first and I could tell they thoughtfully curated the contents based on what I was looking for. My fiancé ended up selecting a gorgeous diamond that I fell in love with immediately. I was a little worried about choosing a diamond online, however, Kristy assured me once she had it in her hand she would tell me if we needed to make a change or not. I totally trusted her and it was well worth it. The craftsmanship of the ring itself was absolutely exquisite. Every detail was carefully considered, and the final product was nothing short of stunning. The ring was even more beautiful than I had imagined. Throughout the entire process, Kristy and her team were professional, friendly, and accommodating. They always kept me updated on the progress of the ring and were willing to make adjustments to ensure that it was perfect. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to creating a ring that I will cherish for a lifetime. I highly recommend Plum Diamonds to anyone looking for a truly exceptional engagement ring. Their work is truly outstanding, and I cannot imagine having gone anywhere else. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful and meaningful piece of jewelry!

Plum Diamonds is an amazing company and I can’t rave about them enough. I loved the diamond selection, the amazing Plum team, the beautiful settings, the warranty and so much more. My ring is something I will cherish for the rest of my life and I’m thankful to have found Plum Diamonds!

I love my engagement ring! The process was simple. Kristy at plum was very helpful and quick with communication. Having the option of receiving the at home kit was great! It really helped me decide size and shape of diamond. (I went completely different than what I originally wanted.) My diamond is stunning and I am always getting complements. The ring feels solid and will hold up great to everyday wear. I'm extremely pleased and would definitely recommend Plum!

Kristy at Plum made the buy process a pleasure. My wife loves her new diamond stud ear rings. Great service, quality and price. Can't wait to work with her on our 40th anniversary upgrade wedding ring in 2024.

I ordered a custom ring from Plum, combining the parts I liked from a few different settings I had seen into one ring. About 4 weeks later I had it in my hands and it was exactly what I was looking for! Kristy is so so helpful and truly has the best customer service. Prices are great, diamond selection is great, I can't think of a single way to make the experience better.

Got my engagement ring from Plum Diamonds. Fantastic customer service. Always answered all my questions and really made the whole experience a great one.

Absolutely the most beautiful ring I could ever expect to wear! Kristy at Plum is truly kind and genuine, and provided stellar advice on the diamond I ended up choosing, the setting, and so much more. I decided to treat myself to a new ring and opted for a 3-carat radiant cut that is sparkly beyond words can describe. Any time I had a question, Kristy immediately responded to me with great information, pictures, videos, and advice to help me make the ideal purchase. The ring arrived beautifully packaged and with additional information on how to care for it and how to contact Plum Diamonds if I had any questions. I will definitely buy from this company again! I hope they add more jewelry such as earrings, bracelets, pendants and more :)
