PlumrocketReviews of plumrocket.com

We love Plumrocket. They are responsive and never fail to reply or respond to an inquiry no matter how large or small. We have used them for website issues, SEO evalutions, site audits, improvements, technical issues and all aspects of website management. Could not be any more pleased with what they offer and their response and action.

We have been working with Plumrocket for over 2 years now. They helped us recover data from our crashed Magento 2 server. They brought our site back online on another server, updated it, and ensured it was running. Anyone who has been in our situation would know how stressed we were, but the Plumrocket team got us up and running again in a couple of days. We truly appreciate their support and still use their custom development service to fix a few extensions that were out of date and not working on the latest Magento 2 version. We are looking forward for future support from their team! Thank you!

I worked with Plumrocket for a long time and ordered individual development. Was very satisfied and would be happy to do it again.

Fantastic service. It's always nice to credit great after-sales service. I had a tricky problem with a module install that took some time to figure out and ultimately needed a patching and testing - PlumRocket went above & beyond to find the solution and work with me to get things fixed. Very much appreciated.

I bought this extension to my clients get a real time information about the shipping progress. After the installation we face one issue because we use other extension to get the shipping quotes and both are not compatible. Plumroket fix the issue and developed a new module to my site. Very recomended (the extension and the team)

Incredible service, fast communication. 100% recommended for any Magento 2 related work.

The problem I encountered during integration was fixed immediately after reporting. Support responded quickly and was very helpful. I recommend their products because you have 100% support from them.

Plumrocket products and support are amazing, we just purchased an extension for Magento 2 to set up our discounts and had problem to make it works properly. The support team helped us so much and did all the debugging steps required to find the issue and not only they fixed our problem on our own servers, but also updated their extension to prevent it occurring for other people. They were so kind and professional and their product was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommended.
