some sleep relief
This, combined with Melatonin 1mg helps me sleep for 6-7 hours a night. Before I would wake up after around 3-4 hours.

I take my first gummy between 8-10 p.m
I take my first gummy between 8-10 p.m. and a second gummy around midnight, before I go to bed, and I find they calm my body.
