First video came through with incorrect name and photo. A message was sent pointing this out and a new video sent within 10 minutes with all the changes made. I'm sure my granddaughter will love her message.

Ordered from this company for the first time and WOW WOW WOW was I impressed by the quality and accuracy of my order! My youngest daughter LOVES Bluey and she’s been asking me if Bluey can see her for her birthday so upon researching what i can do to make her day special I can upon this personalized Video! So I took a chance and ordered and once it arrived and played it for my daughter her eyes litt up like a christmas tree she was so excited!!!
