Indeed, a 5+! Was very pleased to have found the Alora Decor rug here, and followed it for a few days, then the price dropped, so I ordered it. Megan was great to work with. Rug arrived but haven't put it down yet. Next time I need an area rug, PlushRugs will be my choice. WThompson Phoenix

This is my 3rd purchase from Plush Rugs. The rugs are displayed accurately in the pictures and delivered quickly.

Love my new rug. It came in a timely manner. The only issue is that the rug mat came almost a week after I received my rug. I wish it had been the other way around. I now have to reroll the rug and try to put the mat down then the rug.

The price, ease of ordering and expeditious receipt of the rugs was a blessing. They are on either side of the master bed and they look outstanding!

I had a very positive experience with the Plush Rugs company. I ordered an area rug from one of the manufacturers represent. Upon receiving it the color appeared to be much lighter than the photo in the order. The operations manager explained that sometimes that happens due to lighting, and various batch differences. With no questions asked he allowed me to return the rug provided no cost shipping and refunded my purchase. I will definitely do business with Plush Rugs again.

The colors in the rug were nothing like the colors in the pictures. I was very dissapointed.
