Pluxy was designed with our customers’ safety and satisfaction in mind, and while these types of incidents are extremely rare, your experience may have been caused by extra pressure during the epilation process. That said, we wanted to make this as easy as possible for you, which is why we processed a full refund and did not require you to return the device — we never want to add any more hassle, especially after an experience like this.
