Before they even issue payment for my…
Before they even issue payment for my totaled vehicle, they stop paying for my rental coverage. Very inflexible and rude. Supervisor of the adjusters are even worse.

The representative was amazing
The representative was amazing. She helped me step-by-step any questions. She was right there. She would not hang that phone up. Until everything was done and she is a phenomenal worker. I would love to engage with her again.

I absolutely love Plymouth Rock
I absolutely love Plymouth Rock. I have nothing but wonderful experiences all around. I have car insurance and homeowners now. Both experience’s have been fantastic. The people I always speak to are nothing but professional and always accurate. Would recommend plymouth rock to everyone.

Great rep, great price.
The rep I spoke with was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did not push me but did provide me with the information I was looking for. I'm saving $2500/yr (home + auto) over my old Allstate plan.
