We had Alex and Joel assemble a huge lifetime playground set and they did an amazing job! They were friendly and professional and were happy to wait whilst me and my husband tried to find the best spot to place the playground. They built it with care and I know it will bring joy to my kids for many years to come thanks to them!!

👍👍👍👍👍 awesome experience. The tech built an playset in less than one day. Cleaned up all the boxes and walked me through the setup and safety once he finished. Highly recommend this company. 10/10 service from start to finish

Would not recommend!!!!!!! At the beginning i would have given a 5 star review however in the end this company just wants to take advantage! They did not even finish the job!!!

We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this review, as it does not accurately reflect what occurred. This customer contacted us regarding two separate projects: an exterior door replacement and a ceiling repair. Based on the photos provided, we prepared estimates for both projects, and the exterior door replacement was scheduled first. Our technicians completed the door installation as scheduled. After the customer later mentioned a minor concern regarding light visible around the door, we immediately arranged for our technician to return the following day and make the necessary adjustment at no additional cost. The issue was resolved promptly because we stand behind our work and are committed to providing quality service. While our technicians were on-site, they also reviewed the ceiling repair project. After seeing the area in person, it became clear that the scope of work was more extensive than what could be determined from the original photos. As a result, we updated the estimate to reflect the additional labor required. At that point, the ceiling repair project had not yet begun and was planned to be scheduled for a later date. This was simply a revised quote based on the actual scope of work, not an attempt to take advantage of anyone. As with any estimate, the customer was under no obligation to proceed and was free to accept or decline the updated quote. The concerns expressed in this review arose after the estimate for the ceiling repair was updated. However, the exterior door installation was completed, and the follow-up adjustment requested by the customer was addressed immediately at no additional cost. We remain committed to transparent communication, fair pricing, and standing behind the work we perform.

Mark arrived right on time, at the stroke of 9. We were notified by text when he was 5 minutes out, and generally communication with the officer was well- timed. Upon opening the door, I could see that Mark exuded trustworthiness. He was more than trustworthy, however. He was affable, and he at the same time wasted no time in getting to the job at hand. He made an effort to contain the inevitable explosion of styrofoam packing bits, which I appreciated. It took two hours which was an hour less than many purchasers stated it took them to assemble. He heaved the chest over a bed into a tight space, and the drawers glide smoothly. And to top it off, he was so polite. And he took pride in his workmanship. All in all this was a great experience!
