Best nasal tape on the market. Has stayed on through 10 hours a sweating during an ultra. Looks class to, once you go pneuma you never go back * Used since April 2024

this is epic — 10 hours through an ultra is no joke 💪 We designed Pneuma to handle exactly that. Appreciate you for repping the brand and proving what better breathing can do

Epic product! With a deviated septum feeling I can do sport and do nasal breathing is such a differentiator! Sticks very well for me

thanks so much! We’re stoked to hear it’s helping you breathe and perform better — especially with a deviated septum. That’s exactly why we created Pneuma. Keep crushing it 💪🫁

Best nasal and mouth tape brand I’ve ever used. I’ve worn my pneuma for multiple marathons and never come off. The adhesive on the tape even lasts during swimming which is so good. I’d highly recommend anyone to wear these when training & sleeping!!

Appreciate you big time 🙌 That’s incredible — marathons and swimming! We put a lot into our adhesive and design so it’s awesome to hear it’s performing for you across training and sleep. Keep breathing strong 🫁

I started using the mouth tape a few weeks ago and I’m loving it. It has definitely helped me sleep better; I wake up less through out the night & wake up feeling more refreshed. I have really sensitive skin & was nervous I’d break out from using it but it hasn’t bothered my skin at all! Def recommend

We love hearing this — thank you so much for sharing! 🙏 Better sleep and feeling refreshed in the morning is exactly what Pneuma is all about. We’re especially glad to hear it’s been gentle on your skin — that’s one of the key benefits of our HydraBreathe+ collagen-infused design. Appreciate you being part of the Pneuma community and for recommending us — every breath counts 💨 — The Pneuma Team

I placed an order with Pneumatape but never received the package, even though their system marked it as delivered. When I reached out to customer support, they initially just told me it was delivered and provided only a zip code, not the specific delivery address. It took four days before they said their team would look into it. It’s now been over two weeks with no further updates or resolution. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but the delayed response and lack of clear communication have been very disappointing. I hope the company reconsiders how it handles delivery disputes. This experience has impacted my trust in the brand.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had — both with the delivery issue and the way it was handled. While shipping problems can sometimes occur, it’s our responsibility to resolve them quickly and keep you updated every step of the way, and we clearly fell short here. We’ve since updated our process so that when a delivery dispute comes in, it’s escalated immediately with clear communication and a faster resolution timeline. Your feedback is helping us make those improvements. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can make this right for you right away. We deeply value your trust and hope we have the opportunity to restore it. Best, The Pneuma Team

Dude these are amazing. On my 5th order so far, I refuse to run without one. I’ve never felt so calm during a run. Insane what one simple concept can do for performance. A must have! These are amazing for any athletes. If applied correctly, it stays on for hours!

Horrendous company!!! AVOID. I ordered 27 strips on Black Friday - a package arrived almost a month later with only 15 nasal strips. They have since changed their product to give a month supply that only contains 15 strips?!? I paid for 27 so asked that they send the remaining ones, I had an apology email returned and was informed that they would sort it and send my new ones. 18th of December I was told I would have another pack sent out, still waiting. Honestly - avoid the company. Worst customer service experience I have ever received. Go to boots instead!

We’re very sorry to hear about your past experience — that’s not the standard we hold ourselves to. It sounds like your order was affected during a period last year when we were transitioning packaging and fulfillment systems. That led to a few isolated mistakes, and yours was clearly one of them. Since then, our operations and customer service have been running extremely smooth, with very positive feedback and fast fulfillment times. We take your concern seriously and will go ahead and ship you a full replacement pack right away to make this right. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can confirm your address and ensure it’s sent promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for giving us the chance to show the level of care we now operate with. — The Pneuma Team

I ordered these a couple times before, £23 for 27 strips and delivery. Now £27 for 15 strips and delivery. Mad cost change since their instagram following increased. Considering they're from china, and half the pack sweats off most the time I wouldn't bother.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, all of our products are manufactured in the U.S., and we use medical-grade adhesive sourced from Germany to ensure the highest quality and performance. On pack sizes: our Performance Strips come in packs of 15 (single-use, designed for training and activity), while our Sleep & Recovery Strips come in packs of 30 for a full month’s supply. We’ve also made updates to our logistics, and shipping is now fast — typically 3–5 days depending on your location. We understand pricing is an important factor and want to reassure you that it reflects the premium materials and production standards we uphold. We’re always working to improve, and your feedback helps us continue to refine the customer experience. Best, The Pneuma Team
