Took them over a month to send the backpack. When I finally I received it I was frustrated because the product was of very poor quality(poor fabric, part of the strap was fraying, extra thread, single stitching, metal details appear just painted, the Poaba logo in metal was not properly placed. Photos on their website looks a lot better than what i was given. I paid $34.86 for an item that looks like it should cost a lot less. I want to post the photos. there seems to be a space for it.

I ordered a bag because I loved the colours. The bag is smaller than what I thought it would be. The thing that got me, is when I ordered it, it had $4.95 for delivery, so I assumed it was from here is Australia, because delivery from USA is a lot dearer. I placed the order, checked my bank account and I was charged in USD. There was nothing to indicate the bag was coming from America, it all looked like it was coming from within Australia. So it ended up costing me about $13 more. I would not have ordered it if I had known in advance I would be charged in USD. I should have looked for reviews before ordering

Your product is a complete and utter disappointment. DO NOT BUY! The facebook ad was a poor representation of the actual product I received. It looks like a glorified lunch bag at $41.64 Canadian dollars. When I placed the order the top corner of the website said CAD $29.90. The product showed a laptop fitting which is certainly does not. The fabric is a lunch bag fabric, yet the photo gave the illusion of a leather look. A true representation of buyer beware.

Scam...Do not buy !!! CHEAP QUALITY!!! 7.24.20 Finally, received this bag today and it is very small, not backpack size! Looks ok, but very thin cheap material and not worth 30.00. The Poaba emblem is on crooked and one of the side zipper pockets came with a hole at the bottom, that I will need to fix! I won't bother sending back, because I will never see my 30.00 ever again! BASICALLY, what I have now is a very colorful expensive bag to put my blowdryer and curling iron in when I travel! DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!! My card had to be canceled shortly after placing my order, due to an attempt of a fraudulent purchase by ??? Thankfully, my bank suspected fraud and declined the purchase! I never buy items like this online. Thought I was getting a good deal. Advertisement shows backpack originally 220.00 marked down 80%. I should have known! I ordered this bag over a month ago and still have not received it! After two weeks I got concerned and googled reviews and found all of these bad reviews about Poaba on trustpilot! I immediately sent a text and an email asking for my order to be cancelled, because I suspected this was a marketing bait and switch scam! And I also saw the exact same backpack on Amazon for about $14.00. I received no response. So I just kept emailing. Finally, I received a response and was told the order could not be cancelled, because it had allready shipped and they were definately not a scam! I was given no shipping details so I could track the order! Again, I listed all the reasons as to why they were a scam in a return email -- again no response! I still don't have this backpack, which more than likely will end up at a thriftstore, so I won't have to look at it! If it ever shows up at all!

DO NOT BUY! Ordered two bags and they are very poor quality. The same day my bank account was hacked and roughly $2,000 taken out on various transactions!

Giving this company one star is too many stars I wouldn't give them any stars if possible I ordered a bag April 1st here it is July 15th and I have yet to receive my bag although they have received their money this site sucks after reading other reviews which I should have done it first I would never purchase from this company again.
