We were losing too many deals on missed follow-ups before we got this set up. The mobile app actually works. I can be walking the lanes at the auction looking at cars and still respond to a lead instantly. The 24/7 AI bot on the site is surprisingly good too, mostly because it actually sets real morning appointments instead of just logging late-night junk leads. My main gripe is the bulk messaging. Uploading a CSV list takes forever and crashes half the time, which completely stalls our outbound blasts. But honestly, even with the clunky mass text feature, it holds my sales guys accountable and gets our star rating up. Does the job and keeps the cars moving.
