Nice flashlight but I bought it for the extra features that I can’t seem to make work so pretty useless for me. Darn I was so excited too. The packaging and all of the utube and other sights just tell you it has these awesome options but not how to make them work. HELP

Ok first of all, Police Security flashlights are AMAZING. I have the aura pen light, a medium sized light that I'm unsure of the name of, and the Pro-Flex Elite. The things are tanks. Absolute Units. The Pro-Flex is part of my every day carry. I never leave home without it. Literally. I use it 25+ times a day conservatively. It comes with 1 high performance AA and 1 high power Rechargable Li-Ion 10500 battery that is type c. The FREAKING BATTERY HAS A TYPE C PORT. 🤯 IT'S AWESOME. They are so high performing I ordered 2 more of them today but realized I ordered the wrong size. I reached out to them and they handled my problem like the absolute bosses that they are nearly instantly. "Problem? What problem? Not today brotato chip!" Is I'd imagine what Stevi was thinking. They're sending me the correct batteries. What else could you ask for. Product, service, and people that are second to none. I recommend them so often my girlfriend makes fun of me for it. (She still uses my lights all the time when she has plenty of flashlights around.) Regular lights tremble in fear of the awesome power that is the Police Security line of flashlights. Get one today and BEHOLD ITS AWESOME POWER. I mean are you really even cool if you don't have one? No. No you are not. (Okay that last part is an opinion) Why are you not buying one right now!? Do it! You could be doing whatever it is you're doing right now WITH optimal lighting and James Bond levels of style. Carpe those Diems bro. Operate at your maximum potential. It's what Dale Earnhardt would want you to do.

I am a Breast Cancer survivor and decided to take advantage of your generous buy a pink flashlight get 2 free to share with my support group. I loved your fast delivery and when I commented on that fact but that the batteries on 2 of flashlights were dead you made good. Not only did you replace the batteries but sent me a mini light.
