I have had an amazing experience with the Dr. Pompa Program. I was leery when I signed up, hoping the program would work for me and not a waste of money. During my first conversation with my coach I felt overwhelmed by the widespread changes I realized I needed to make. She suggested I simply start by eating a healthier lunch. That was the best advice because it kept me from thinking this is too much and giving up before I had even began. I simply did what they told me to do and it totally worked for me! I listened to the videos, printed the protocols, changed my diet rewatched the videos when I felt like I was losing steam and kept my appts. with my coach. I love how quickly product is received when I place an order. I love the portal. There is SO much great info there. The Facebook page I read daily. I learn so much from other people’s questions. To me it was worth every cent! I would do it again. This will be a lifelong journey for me. Thank you Marybeth and Dr. Pompa for helping me live a healthier life.

I was hesitant to try the Pompa Program at first, but I'm so glad I did. I have learned so much from this program that my doctors never told me. I was encouraged to have my house tested for mold - it was positive. I had that taken care of and did the mold protocol to detox from the mold I'd been breathing. I was encouraged to get a cone beam. I had no idea what that was. Once I got one and had it read by a dentist who could read it correctly (most cannot), I found out I had 4 infected teeth and 4 cavitations (something else I wasn't familiar with). I am in the process of getting that taken care of. The weekly Q&A with Dr. Pompa and webinars are so informative. My coach was great and was an expert in thyroid disease which I also have. For the amount of money it costs, I wish the program was longer with a few more coaching sessions. Five months go by so quickly.

I came across Dr. Pompa program I feel not by accident that is for sure. After having COVID my health took a downward slide. Everything Dr. Pompa said made sense to me. I also have autoimmune issues. Type 1 diabetic for 50 1/2 years. I have been on this program for only 4 weeks. And on week 3 I had to decrease my 24 hour basal rate on my insulin pump by 4 units. That is huge. And I will be decreasing it again soon. The staff in Dr. Pompa are amazing. They truly care about you. Your coach is there for you. You can just text your coach and they will reply during their business hours.

I loved my coach. I think for the price I paid for the program almost $7,000.00. there should have been unlimited access to talk and work with a coach and either free or reduced price supplements. I feel abandoned now. I haven’t even finished my detox program. I have the brain phase to complete. It is my understanding that this phase needs to be repeated for at least two years. I will have to buy the supplements out of pocket which is an additional expense I cannot afford! Of course for an additional monthly charge I could reinstate my coach. The program seems good but I feel it is a money maker for the inventor. Make sure you understand what you are getting for the large amount of money you will be spending. I still don’t feel well. I don’t completely understand what I need to do to get where I want to be physically. I feel lost and abandoned by this program. There is a lot of reading, planning and study you have to do on your own! Not enough voluntary helpful information to keep you motivated and on track!!!
