Pony-O’s are where it’s at! I have super long and thick hair and the Pony-O holds steady and tight! A person can accomplish a diverse range of looks and there is absolutely no pulling. The transaction was effortless and delivery quick.

Rubbish! Like an idiot I bought 4 so I got one free. I bought the ones for thick hair. Not as easy to do as suggests and when you do get it fixed it still slides down like a bobble would. Absolutely rubbish when I’m running or at the gym, falls out do easily! Massive disappointment!

I absolutely love Pony-O!! Why? Well here’s my story. About two years ago I decided to cut my off like Victoria Beckham’s super short do. Super cute on her right? Not so much on me. Thus began my journey of growing it out. Faithfully for 2 years. Now I have this super long hair. That I could do nothing with!! Argh!! Messy buns were a mess. And a simple long pony drooped and layed flat against my head. I grew my hair out for this?? Then one day I noticed these pony-o ads and I thought, that actually looks pretty cool. So I ordered a few and was hooked!! My messy buns are the envy of everyone!! And my pony’s are so bouncy and voluminous!! I’m totally in love!! I think I have every color and all the bun pinz. I wear them everyday!! They never pull, tug or hurt! And I give them as gifts!! I will never go back to old pony tail ties!! I adore my Pony-O!!

Not only does this expensive piece of crap NOT work any better than a cheap hair tie, the vendor is rude, overcharges for shipping and the product isn’t even packaged. I received mine which was thrown into an envelope with nothing else. They paid about a buck for postage but charged me nearly $7. The pony-o itself is ridiculous, difficult to use, and does not hold as advertised. You have to use a regular hair tie first in order to get the pony-o around your hair, so what’s the point? Dumb idea. Overpriced scam. I emailed them about it and they did not address my complaint. Their reply was basically (paraphrased) “thanks for the feedback”. Unprofessional.

I was worried with the reviews here and so I held off buying for a while but finally gave in. I have thick, mildly course Asian hair. I bought the Pony O, Pony O XL, Pony O 2.0 and the Bun bar with their buy 3 free 1 deal. Took about 3 weeks to arrive to Australia. I actually like them. Since I've watched so many videos via the ads, it was easy to get the hang of it. I must say that the fall of my hair in the high pony style isn't quite the same as the models especially in the half up style, doesn't hold that high and pretty but, they secure well, stay in place and I could go about the day without needing to readjust. I have not done any exercise with them yet. I do have hair that holds a style well and don't have many flyaways. The pony o's feel well constructed but you can feel there are changes made when you bend them so will be interested to see how long they will last.

I have very long but thin hair and bought one after seeing an add on Facebook. When it arrived and I tried it, it just slipped out. I was disappointed and left a comment to say they didn’t work for me on their page. Soon after they pm’d me to offer a full refund, however I threw it in a drawer as it wasn’t worth posting it back to the states. Last week I noticed a colleague wearing one and told her of my experience, she showed me how she put hers in and I went home and tried again. Thank goodness I did! I wasn’t squeezing it right to the ends properly and now I am it is very secure and doesn’t move at all! I’m so happy with it I have just ordered a load more in different colours and some of the covers, which my colleague was wearing. I would certainly recommend now that I have the hang of it.

I was super sceptical .. and now I can’t imagine life without em. They are so comfy. I have naturally curly hair and they don’t pull or snag . This is great investment for your hair I also really like the little accessories you have to go with the ponyO Very creative and ingenious product design

I have very fine, shoulder length, color treated hair that I'm attempting to grow out. As anyone who's grown hair out knows, putting up color treated and fine hair is a pain. Hair ties pull, leave creases, put all your pony's weight on one very thin line that can snap your finer hairs so quickly and leave you with flyaways and frizz. I don't have that problem with Pony O! I thought they might be a little odd or gimmicky, but I am on day 2 of switching my hair ties out with the Pony O (my hair has been up the whole time except when I slept for like 9-10 hours,) and I'm in love! It holds my fine hair very well. The material is almost like a silicone. I was skeptical because I thought it was fabric and would slip, but this is not the case. It doesn't bounce out, and it doesn't hold too tight. Pony O really is just right! There is still a possibility these can snap my finer hairs, but the hold the Pony O offers with its textured inside and the bendability let me slide it down a bit and I feel it doesn't stress it at all. Everytime I unbend my Pony O and take it out, I have no creases!
