Amazing customer service! Kai Tang is the best. He walked me through all the steps and provided me with videos to help me update my system. I couldn’t have done it without him. I highly recommend him. He goes above and beyond. Thanks again Kai! ❤️

Do 5 stelle perché 100 non posso

I purchased an EOC07 and had some problems with my machine. They helped me through every step of the trouble shooting process. As soon as we figured out it had to be sent back they sent me a return label and sent me out a new machine. The new machine works like a dream and they helped me update it and get it working. They were an invaluable part of this process. I’m very happy!

Kai Tang helped me realign my pressure foot and pointed out that I was using the wrong needle for my machine. He suggested the correct needle and even sent me the link to purchase them. He saved me a lot of future headaches!
