I placed an order and have not received it as of yet. While I have been contacted and issued and apology for the delay, I need those booklets for and first aid clinic event on April 27 and am hoping to receive them before then.

Margie, We were able to get some more information on your order. Looks like these booklets will be into our warehouse tomorrow. We will ship these back out to you same day and I have upgraded your shipping to second day at no additional charge to make sure you get them in plenty of time for your clinic!
