I was pleased with the painting, and the packaging was good. I was a bit disappointed with the paints. Light colors require several coats, as they're not very good quality and the color lays unevenly, with numbers or outlines showing through.

Great detail reproduced from a VERY detailed photo. Also paint quality is higher than most companies’. I’m very happy with the order.

Great that a submitted photo is on canvas. The numbers are a bit small and hard to read at times without a bright light. It also took a long time to arrive - probably came from overseas? Other than that the experience is great.

Hi Gary, Thank you for your honest feedback! 💛 We’re so glad you loved seeing your submitted photo turned into a canvas—that’s always the most special part. We appreciate your note about the smaller numbers and will definitely pass that along to our production team. Shipping times can vary depending on location, and we truly appreciate your patience. We’re happy to hear that overall you had a great experience and hope you enjoy every brushstroke! 🎨

Some of the numbers and lines are very faint and very small and I can’t tell where the dividing line is. I have not opened the package of brushes or paint and do not think I can complete this painting like it is now they’re just too hard to see even with a magnifying glass. I would appreciate a refund.

Hi Gray, We’re very sorry to hear this and completely understand your concern. If the numbers and dividing lines are too faint to see clearly, that would absolutely take the enjoyment out of the experience—and that’s not what we want for you. Since you haven’t opened the brushes or paints, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the canvas. We’ll review this right away and work with you on a fair solution, including discussing a refund if appropriate. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate the chance to make it right. 💛

I bought a custom paint by number. When I received it I noticed the canvas wasn’t smooth there were raised bumps all in the canvas. It was hard to tell where the new color started since lines were so faint. Some of the lighter colors didn’t cover over the number unless did 2 coats. The printout that came with it wasn’t that good either too small and hard to read numbers

Hello Danny, We’re really sorry to hear that your custom kit didn’t meet your expectations. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback—it truly helps us improve. We understand how frustrating it can be when the canvas texture, faint lines, and lighter paint coverage make the process more difficult than it should be. This isn’t the experience we want for our customers, especially with something as personal as a custom painting. We’d really like the chance to make this right for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details, and we’ll do our best to find a solution. We appreciate your honesty and hope we can restore your confidence in us. 💛

The painting was exactly as it was advertised to be. The detail was very impressive and the colours were vivid. I got this as a present for my dad and he enjoyed methodically going through it number by number. After much patience and care, the end result is a beautiful, retro-looking travel poster. Would highly recommend this for anyone who appreciates this art style and is looking for a calming, slow-paced activity.
