I just moved from another legal answering service which made me feel as if they didn't care about me or my clients. I am thrilled with the quality of Posh services. Their delivery system is easy to use. The employees at Posh are friendly and courteous to me and my clients. I can easily recommend them!

So far so good! We own a domiciliary care agency. We love they way we are notified about a customer/ carer call through the Posh App. It’s great not to be woken up in the early hours by queries that could wait until office hours. Posh allow us to concentrate on proper emergencies out of hours. I recommended the service to my husband who now use them for his chauffeur business.

What a disappointment! What we were led to believe would cost $114 a month ended up being $600 a month! For a one person office that's quite ridiculous and completely unaffordable. We were also told that we would have an account manager who would be our direct contact. Very much not the case. In fact, we never heard from that person again and dealt with multiple people. A service of this type should have account managers to moniter usage and provide guidance initially.

Dear John, We are sorry that you did not understand how our billing works. When you signed up with us you selected a 50 minute plan which provides for 50 minutes at a monthly price of $114, monthly calls in excess of the 50 minutes paid for are billed at a rate of $1.95 per minute. When you initially contacted us, we offered you a 7 day free trial, which the majority of our potential customers utilize, as it lets them, and us, get a good feel for indicative call volumes. Based on your usage of roughly 300 minutes per month, which was 6 times the call volume of the 50 minute plan you selected, it appears you underestimated your call handling needs. Also, we provide usage metrics in our portal and our app for you to be able to manage your business and have an idea of expected costs. At any time if you are approaching your budget, you can simply cease forwarding your lines for the month to remain in budget. We are more than happy to provide guidance. Your sales consultant is always available to you as well as our team of Client Support staff.

lost TENS OF THOUSANDS in calls and advertising dollars. DEAD AIR. They can not answer google calls. They can not answer Microsoft Teams phone networks. Requested immediate action to fix issues yet there was no response for 1 week.

Dear Jordan, It is unfortunate that we couldn’t work together to resolve your recent call flow issues. We are able to answer and handle Google Local Ad calls, as well as Microsoft Teams calls and do so for numerous clients and as you know we have been answering calls on your behalf for 6 months. As a virtual receptionist service, we answer calls that are forwarded to us by our clients. A change occurred somewhere on your end, without us being made aware of it, that caused your calls to cease being properly forwarded to us for handling. When you raised this concern to us, we had two separate conversations with you regarding these issues and both times we requested additional information from you or were actively working with you to address the issue and, in both instances, you became non-responsive. The first time was in early April and you did not provide us the requested information. Notwithstanding this, Posh continued to handle calls for your business during this time. Again in May, what appears to be the same issue was brought up with more detail provided. We worked with you to attempt to fix the issue, but you stopped responding. For us to properly answer calls for our clients requires information and cooperation from both sides. We always strive to help our clients grow their business, unfortunately in this instance you wouldn’t help us help you.

Easy to set up and work with. The detailed messages let us filter out the spam / un-important phone calls and focus our efforts on the ones that needed our attention. Would love to see an easier way to configure the call flow without having to go through the support team.

We have found that the best way for us to maintain our quality of service is to have our Client Support team involved when making changes. It puts the responsibility on us to make sure your account is updated properly. We are always just a call or an email away to assist with your account. You can also reach out directly through the app, if that is more convenient.
