Beautiful products, best service
They have a really great customer Service and helped me a lot when I contacted them. The products are unique and wonderful. I will definitely order some more special gifts on their website. And can highly recommend them.

Un site parfait
Alors là je suis bleufé tant par la rapidité, que la qualité et surtout par la relation clients. Tout est réuni pour que les commandes se passent à merveille et en plus ils sont très réactifs et rapides. Bref je mets un 5/5 car je ne pouvais pas avoir mieux. Je recommande à 100000%. Ce n'est pas du tout une arnaque. Ce site est fiable. Bravo à vous.

Ni colis, ni remboursement
Un colis commandé il y a 10jours qui est indiqué comme n'ayant jamais été remis au transporteur (GLS). De ce fait, je n'ai pas reçu mon colis et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé de mon achat non plus. Je suis vraiment déçue de leur part et j'espère retrouver mon argent, j'espère avoir à faire à des gens honnêtes. Si tel est le cas je vous le ferais savoir ici.

Love the print
Love the print, I was concerned it wasn't going to arrive in time for our anniversary as it was a gift, but I emailed and they were very helpful and let me know that it was on the way. Thank you very much Wojtek for being so positive!

Extreme Delay
I placed an order on February 2nd, and on the 5th I received an email that it had “shipped”. It’s the 14th and the tracking information still shows as “awaiting item for pickup”. Tried sending an email for follow up and got an auto reply that they’re too busy and I won’t hear from them for at least two days. Don’t order from them, not a trusted company. I’m going to try and get my money back.

Highly recommended company - excellent service
I ordered a print for my wife for our 25th anniversary and being your typical male, I pretty much left it to the last minute, but it did say if I ordered it that day it would arrive in time. I then received an email a few days later to say it would now be delayed which concerned me a little, so I reach out to Positive Prints who followed up for me. They were able to get it sorted but also provided me a digital copy to print out just in case it didn't arrive in time which was excellent. The entire time they remained helpful and accommodating and I am happy to say it arrived a few days earlier than my anniversary. Thank you Positive Prints, for an excellent and pleasurable experience. I hope this review repays some of your kindest and professionalism - great to see now days.
