Great customer service

Fast, Flexible, and Fantastic!
What was great was that even though I had approved the property listing several weeks ago, we had organizational changes right up to the day before I was going to submit PCC's invoice to our accounting department for payment. Ryan was able to get all the changes (drop a property/add a property) done so that the invoice was still correct, but the portfolio/shipping roster reflected our recent property and property manager changes. It was also done so very quickly which was also appreciated.
