I used PPI study materials to pass the FE after many years out of school. Everything you need to know for the test is in the materials and practice problems. I am now working on preparation for the PE

Wrote an honest review of how the product didnt work and how I couldnt figure out how to use it. Got a reply to my review here on trustpilot from (Emily) saying that a "senior team member" would reach out to me directly to discuss the situation further. Not only did that NEVER happen, since I didnt get anything from them, I reached out to them to offer my input. No replies. No nothing. I see on the Trustpilot website that many people have had the same failed promises of contact for details. It looks to me as though this "Emily" who promises of a "senior team member" reaching out directly is just a scam. Possibly an attempt to make it look like they care to improve thier services. However, the fact that they would take time to write it but dont follow through makes me cautious as to how much they actualy put into thier product. However, it is very representative of the services I received from them while subscribed. I am sure "Emily" will see this comment too, and promise again that a "senior team member" will reach out to me directly. To which I will laugh, and not hold my breath.

Problems were too complex compared to official ncees practice problems. Textbook was subpar.

I only used the program for a few weeks, but the calendar and schedule really helped me stay on track. The question banks at the end of each subject were helpful. I also liked how the practice exams were similar to the real exam (split screen, same keyboard shortcuts). I ended up passing my exam the first try! I took the FE mechanical exam.

Classes are good, sometimes the videos are too long with a lot of silence, it will be helpful if they have more information on what page are the formulas on the manual.
