Couldn’t be happier with the customer…
Couldn’t be happier with the customer service, helpful knowledge, and all around great teamwork from Susan and the rest of the employees. If you want to get healthier/stronger Precor is the shop to go to! We absolutely love our home gym!!

Easy and Fast. I highly recommend.
I wish they would have told me that the electronic control panel was being shipped separately. I was not happy, at first. Communication was great when I told them I could not find the panel and they informed me it was coming via FedEx to prevent damage. All in all they were great.
